nanoIR

This system is modified to develop IR nanospectroscopy in liquid and solve the key problems in organic electrochemistry.  


* features and performance

1. IR nanospectroscopy and imaging in liquid;

2. Quantitative nanomechanics(QNM) in nanoscle;

3. multimode imaging(QNM and IR) at the nanoscale in organic electrochemical cell;

4. IR wavenumber: 870-2252 cm-1; energy resolution: <0.5 cm-1; spatial resolution: < 10 nm;

5. IR nanospectroscopy is realized based on the principle of photothermal expansion in nanoscale. AFM is adopt to measure the expansion of sample surface;
